Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Sometimes the simplest things are really the best. This delicious and easy chocolate fudge is the perfect example of that. Substitute M&M’s for walnuts, or anything you’d like to make a different variation. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy 🙂

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 Tablespoons corn starch

  • 2 Tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  • Line an 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, with overhang for easy removal
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Add the condensed milk and cornstarch and stir until smooth and starting to bubble.
  • Once it boils for about a minute, scrape the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan using a spatula to scrape down sides.
  • Sprinkle fudge generously with crushed walnuts and place in fridge to set for about 2 hours, or until hard.
  • Remove from fridge, pull parchment paper and fudge out of pan and place on cutting surface, slice and serve. Enjoy 🙂
