These fluffy + flaky biscuit muffins are incredibly simple to make, are loved by everyone for any occasion- additions to lunch, sides at dinner or even as a dash-out-the-door breakfast. I love baking these types of muffins as a change from the usual “sweet” muffins I’d make, and they are welcomed coming out of the oven by hungry babes waiting anxiously. 😛

Cheddar Oat Milk Biscuit Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups oat milk (or regular milk)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
- Toss in the cheese and stir in to combine. Drizzle the honey over and then pour in the milk, one cup at a time, folding batter gently between cups. Stir just until combined- do not over mix.
- Scoop dough into 12 lined or greased muffin cups. Each cup should be nearly full.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre of biscuit comes out clean.
Let cool before transferring from pan. Enjoy!
