These chicken fajitas are simply the best.
You NEED this easy seasoning mix that is so much better than store-bought IMO, and minus all the extra sodium and weird preservatives. The seasoning blend is what really makes these SOOO good.
And sheet-pan meals are always a win for whoever is cooking, especially on busy weeknights which is when these are usually made, less mess, less clean-up. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

olive oil
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 red bell peppers
1 yellow bell pepper
1 large white onion
flour tortillas
1 Tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons child powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon chicken bouilion
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare large sheet pan with parchment paper and drizzle of olive oil
- Cut chicken into strips, slice peppers and dice onion and place in pan along with chicken.
- In small bowl, combine all the spices together and mix well. Sprinkle over the chicken and vegetables, then use tongs to carefully toss everything together until everything is coated in olive oil and seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Warm tortillas and serve with sour cream or shredded cheese (optional) Enjoy!
