These roasted chickpeas are so good you wont want to share. With the perfect amount of crunch, and a touch of maple cinnamon flavor, they’re sure to be munched away by everyone in reach of them. You can serve these as a snack, they’re specially great for kids lunches, or even as a side-dish with dinner. I like seeing my kids eat these up because they are full of fiber and protein, and are one of the healthier snacks they could choose. I hope you enjoy them, and let me know if you made any changes. (You can add extra maple syrup for a sweeter variety, or an extra sprinkle of kosher salt if you prefer them a little more salty ;))
