Favorite Sweet & Salty Trail Mix

I love this trail mix because it’s such an awesome snack any time, it’s great to pack for trips and my kids love it, too. The dried cherries are so yummy and are available at most specialty bulk food stores, they are my favorite dried fruit but you could obviously use any other kind you choose (raisins, dried mango, etc.) This stores really well and I currently have a big jar of it sitting on my counter for when I need a little mid-day snack. Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted, salted cashews

  • 1 cup roasted, salted almonds

  • 1 cup roasted, salted walnuts

  • 1/2 cup roasted, salted pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 1/2 cups dried wild cherries

Directions

  • Toss all ingredients together and store in air-tight container in a cool location for up to 2 months. Enjoy!
