This no-bake cheesecake is one of the easiest thing you’ll ever make, it takes no time at all and it’s incredibly YUM. I’ve seen there are similar recipes out there for this kind of pie and honestly, there’s no need to try any others- this is the one! Instead of a pre-made pie shell you can make the graham crust with just two ingredients, so it’s a no-brainer. And the filling is the perfect amount of sweet and fluffy. I wasn’t sure if I should use 1 or 2 packages of cream cheese, so depending on how creamy you want it, you could add a half block more to the recipe and it would be equally good- only a little more authentic “cheese-cake” tasting. 🙂 My kids love the fluffy consistency of this the way I left it so it’s up to you on that one. Hope you love it too! Enjoy!
